Ettinger Brothers is producing "Radar" Scanning the Past with the archeologist and broadcaster / presenter Mark Olly and is currently in development for the proposed 8 x 1 hour series. Radar relies on the latest military scanning technology to identify hidden treasures beneath buildings and landscapes at various locations around the United Kingdom. Mark will be joined as co - presenter by archeologist Helen Carr as they embark on an adventure of discovery in each individual programme as they seek to identify what it is that is hidden in the depths below an apparently normal and unassuming building or landscape. There are twists and turns along the way and the audience will be kept guessing about each of the treasures until the climax of each programme, keeping the suspense going. The uniqueness of this series is the lack of mechanical excavations as all the very latest ground breaking military technology is utlilised to build up an entirely accurate picture of what is to be found deep under ground. Who knows what secrets will be revealed?!
